• [Order Processing Time]:

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive another notification once your order has shipped.

• [Shipping Time]:

When you place an order, if your product is in the U.S. warehouse / Czech warehouse, after the order is processed, it will take 2-3 business days to be able to prepare for shipment, if your product, the U.S. warehouse / Czech warehouse is out of stock or made to order, then it will take at least 15-35 business days delivery time!

• [Domestic and International Delivery]

We ship from China except for the USA, EU region, several USA warehouses and Czech warehouses are also out of stock, our factories need to make them and then ship them from China.

We offer international delivery options to the following countries: USA, EU, Canada, UK, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand.

The delivery time span for international delivery can be longer (15-35 business days), as expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

• Once your order reaches its destination country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which may incur additional charges. If you are charged for these costs, SIHAO will not be held responsible and all costs will be borne by you.
• How do I check the status of my order?

After an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. There may be a 48 hour delay in tracking information.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving the shipment confirmation email from support@sihaoprinter.com with your name and order number, we will help you confirm.

• Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If the item is in good condition, we will refund you the full order amount minus return shipping costs within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

If you receive a package that is damaged in any way, please email us at support@sihaoprinter.com in the first instance with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis and do our best to work towards a solution that satisfies you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
